Harvey Kaufman is a graduate of Cornell University's College of Architecture Art and Planning, with over 40 years of practicing architectural and interior design experience. He is a corporate member of the American Institute of Architects, is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and is licensed to practice architecture in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania and California. He has been principal of his own firm since 1980 with the founding of Kaufman Black Lyons Inc, later to become Harvey Kaufman Architect P.C.
